libsdl-image1.2-dbg software package provides Image loading library for Simple DirectMedia Layer 1.2, debugging, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsdl-image1.2-dbg
libsdl-image1.2-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsdl-image1.2-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsdl-image1.2-dbg *
You will get with libsdl-image1.2-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
